My client, a globally renowned financial organisation require a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong technical focus.
The successful candidate will possess a strong support background, with at least 2 years of experience in a technical support role for a large user base. The role will involve addressing and managing incident calls, resulting in resolution, or escalation to the 3rd line support group.
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and Faxination*Rightfax*CICSfax is essential.
Competence with Blackberry Enterprise server and*or Active Directory is also highly desirable.
